Abstract

This pedagogic article presents the management of project actions at Ecole Centrale of Paris and a design and realization project experience’s teaching, a lavender harvester. This project, lasted of 9 months, is structured here in 3 sights (organization - process - product). This original approach made it possible to students to control the complexity of the design in a voluntarist step of capitalization.
