Abstract
Enterprises are increasingly adopting smart Product-Service Systems (smart PSS) to enhance their value propositions by integrating smart products with associated data-based services. However, transitioning to smart PSS presents unique challenges, necessitating suitable development approaches. This research aims to bridge this gap by proposing a framework for smart PSS development, synthesized from an analysis of various frameworks, methodologies, and industry insights. This framework supports the integration of hardware, software, and services within a unified business model.
